Terms of Service

Please read our Terms of Service below. They are mostly common sense and a good reference guide if you have any questions regarding submissions, listings, or category placements. Thank you!

LISTINGS
Listings are currently sorted by date-of-submission.

We highly value quality shops, and may for no apparent reason grant quality shops, as determined by us, benefits such as e.g. Featured Listings or placement in a main category.


SUBMISSIONS
All website titles, descriptions and shop submissions should be in English.
Title and description should be accurate and concise, describing the type of products being offered in your shop.
Write at least 2-3 lines of text describing your shop.
Do not capitalize the first letter of every word in the description
Do not capitalize the entire TITLE unless shopname is short and consists of only capital letters (like CNN or BBC).

Please submit a direct link to your shop (if part of an integrated website), or directly to your t-shirts "department" if you carry several product types.


GENERAL TERMS
You are only allowed to submit any website once into the most appropriate category.
Submission into more than one category may be granted upon request.
Do not submit shops that are still under construction.
Do not submit websites that redirect user to another website (unless shop-related).
Do not submit websites which promote or contain illegal activities or materials, including but not limited to adult, gambling, warez and other illegalities.
Do not submit links to affiliate programs or websites that mostly contain affiliate or other sponsored links.


CATEGORY PLACEMENT
Stores that are in English and trade mainly in US dollars ($) should be submitted into the "American Shops" main category.
Stores that are in English and trade mainly in EURO (€) or other European currencies should be submitted into the "European Shops" main category.
Stores that are NOT in English or trade mainly in any other currency should be placed in the appropriate category under the "Rest of the World" main category.


OUR RIGHTS
We remain the right to remove any non-paid listings at any time at our own discretion.
We remain the right to remove or degrade to lower category any paid listings once any contractual fulfillment has been completed.
We remain the right to refuse any submission that violates with any of these terms or otherwise are found inappropriate by the 123TEE.net management team.
We remain the right to remove any listing from our directory that violates with any of these terms or otherwise are found inappropriate by the 123TEE.net management team.

We maintain our right to change these Terms of Service if and when we deem necessary without prior notice.
